We arranged airport transfers with Fair house to collect us from the airport. Upon arrival we were greeted with a sign and taken straight to the hotel. Our check in experience was very pleasant and we were taken to our room via golf cart. We stayed just under 2 weeks and every day was exceptional. We had a Villa with private pool which was perfect and cleaned daily. The room and bathroom are very spacious and the mini bar was very well priced. The hotel itself is in an amazing setting and location on the beach. The pool bar is swim up on all sides and the restaurant is excellent. My wife visited the spa a few times and had an excellent experience. There is also a well kitted out Gym with amazing views. The breakfast is a buffet style with an made to order egg station and the option to order porridge and eggs benedict etc. Our host "Boss" was amazing. He welcomed us every morning and helped arrange a tour to Pig island as well as treat us to a complimentary meal as we were considered long stay guests. All the staff at Fair House Villas are so nice, polite and welcoming. Thank you to Fair House Villas and all the staff for a wonderful and memorable stay.

Nice hotel with spectacular views and nice location on the beach. Rooms are spacious, clean and modern but do need some minor maintenance to get them back upto scratch. Breakfast is excellent with lots of choice and good quality food. The only real downside is the location is a bit out the way, requiring a taxi to Fishermans village.

Perfection! This Villa was everything we wanted, private, peaceful, beautiful setting right on the beach. The restaurant was fantastic, delicious with a great selection of meals and drinks. Breakfast is generous and The Banquet and Bbq evenings are fantastic value (bbq includes a fireshow) The gardens are so beautiful and our pool villa was immaculate and regularly serviced. The best thing was the staff- generous, welcoming and lovely, very helpful and supportive. We are sad to leave, we will definitely return! We feel relaxed and recharged at the end of our stay :)

Everything was absolutely amazing during my stay! I did require some extra services at the resort and they happily helped and exceded any expectations I had. A special thank to Tien for all of his help and his attention to details! The pool villa is always so peaceful and relaxing. The staff is always so kind and helpful. The food was fresh and tasty! We stayed at Fair House for 9 nights and overall this was an average stay. The room does resemble the photos but is tired in comparison to photos which look very polished. However, almost all rooms are interconnecting and the connecting door area is not very well soundproofed so music and conversation can be heard from the room next door. The hotel facilities are ok - the pool area is large and has enough loungers and umbrellas. The gym is poor in quality compared to other 4* hotels - again it’s tired and feels neglected and the same can be said for the kayaks and the paddle boards. The restaurant is quite disappointing and serves basic and bland meals. We were asked if we like spice, and we said yes, but were then served meals which contained no spice at all. The breakfast options are also uninspiring and the quality of the buffet and cooked-to-order food is not as high as it could be. The staff are welcoming and friendly, but the overall service could be a bit more refined - e.g. staff circulating at the pool area, consistent level of housekeeping service in the room, being more helpful with general queries, free shuttle service into Fisherman’s Village (as offered by other hotels) etc. Scooter hire is outsourced to an external hire company, with a very rude, unhelpful and disinterested person running it, so it would be worth reconsidering who the hotel partners with for this service. We were really looking forward to our stay at Fair View Villas but unfortunately were

Very nice property. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were greeted with a specialty and wet cold washcloths when we arrived. The room was nice. Spa was amazing and totally worth the splurge. I would definitely stay there again. The restaurant had fabulous food and the breakfast buffet had about 150 different items.

Would rate this property very highly, mostly due to excellent staff. Friendly, helpful and always putting the guests first. The villa was roomy, comfortable and well appointed. The resort was quiet and private and the grounds, pool and facilities were kept in pristine condition. The restaurant provided a good selection and the breakfast buffet was plentiful and fresh. It is a little away from shops and restaurants but that is what makes it private. Would stay again.

Beautiful property but a bit far from action and requires traveling which can get expensive if you’re not willing to risk riding a scooter. Breakfast buffet was good. Concierges were not very helpful with arranging things.
