Quite friendly staff, but a bit worn out property and outdated room furniture. No Expedia VIP benefits or room upgrade received. AC is centrally controlled. You can not set your own temperature in the room. Overall nice, quiet place to stay overnight.

The Casino and Hotel was impeccable. The staff was nice and everything was clean. The food was pretty good. What I didn't like that people can smoke in their rooms and in the Casino which made it difficult for me because of all the smoke gave me a sinus infection. You can tell they try to hide it with vanilla cigar smelling deodorant throughout the hotel and Casino. Smelled like it was piped in through the vents. The people next door to us was smoking pot and was loud. They fought a lot the first 2 days. The second 2 days was better because they left and we could actually breathe in our room. Someone pulled the fire alarm at 1:00am so we all had to evacuate. There were no fire trucks or police that showed up so we all assumed it was a random person pulling the alarm. We won't go back because we don't smoke and we got really sick from the smoke. We have sinus infections and sore throats from the smoke that came through the HVAC ducts.

The room was filthy! Carpet unraveling , and needs cleaning, chair and curtains were terribly dirty and smelled of smoke. We reported and were told that they could bring an air freshener spray. Room 233.

I think I left my Apple Watch on the nightstand. I called today to Security and the Front Desk and no one found it. My guess is someone found it and it's now their watch. I felt like the carpet was not as clean as I thought it should have been.
