The property was like putting lipstick on a pig. Some updates to countertops and furniture, but the carpet was shot and full of stains. Additionally there were holes in the closet door as well as in the shower ceiling on the lower level bathroom. No toilet paper holder and we found things that weren’t cleaned like a half drank Coke in the fridge. There was also a strong horrible smell as soon as we entered the unit that smelt like a mix between smoke and mildew. We were so tired from traveling that we bought fabreeze air freshener spray to deal with it for our one night there. We left early before the sun rose to get out of there. Not sure why there was a $250 deposit hold for a place like this. Spend a little more money and stay somewhere else.

The pet area was convenient. The office was a great presentation. But the rest of the property including room we stayed in needed some caring attention.

Horrible smell, horrible condition, horrible atmosphere. Stains all over the place, only a thin blanket provided, 2 flights of stairs, no elevator. The smell was that of eleven rotting corpses.

Check in was over an hour late. Bathroom sink faucet was broken and hot water not working so had to use shower or kitchen water. No one present when checking out so I couldn’t report problems, very limited kitchen supplies.

We arrived at 8:30 in the evening and were told that they had no room for us even though we had already paid for the room through Expedia two days prior. Left us in the lurch and were no help finding us a place to stay. I would recommend choosing any other place to stay.

Jessica at the front desk was very helpful. Pros: comfortable bed, good shower pressure. Cons: stained carpets, black stains (mold?) on shower floor, the front desk doesn't answer the phone half the time.
