The Space:
Welcome to James Ensor Zon, a comfortable apartment in a prime location close to the beach and the sea. The residence is located in the Groenendijk area, within walking distance of Kite Surf Club Windekind. As soon as you cross the street, you're right in the dunes and on the beach – pure enjoyment!

Upon arrival, you enter the spacious living room with an open kitchen. This living space is comfortably furnished, and the fully equipped kitchen has all the necessary amenities for self-catering. From the living room you have direct access to the spacious, sun-facing terrace, ideal for enjoying the outdoors.

The apartment can accommodate 6 people and has 2 bedrooms. There is one spacious bedroom with double bed, a desk and plenty of storage space & a second bedroom with bunk beds and direct access to the terrace - ideal for children. There is also a sofa bed in the living room that can easily be converted into sleeping space for 2 additional guests.

The bathroom has a sink and shower, and there is a separate toilet for added comfort.

The location is excellent: just a few steps from the beach and the sea, and within walking distance of Nieuwpoort-Bad with its charming stores, restaurants and cafes.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:
If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of €300. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.

LINEN:
Quality bed linen and towels (kitchen and bathroom) are provided in this accommodation.

CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.

CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.

CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.
