Occupancy in the property is for 4 adults & 2 children(upto 12 years age). Additional charges applicable for extra heads - Rs. 500/head/night - max upto 2 extra heads allowed. Capped at 8.

OPTIONAL
Housekeeping available at extra cost. Below is the breakdown listed:
(i) Maid/help @Rs 200 per day to do the utensils and floor cleaning once.
(ii) Laundry of 3 set of bedsheets @Rs 300 per wash.
A total of 6 sets of bed linen are provided.
(iii) Cleaning of 3 bathrooms @Rs 350 per wash.
(iv) Cook can also be arranged.

* RO drinking water available from inhouse filter.
** 1 gas cylinder provided during stays under 28 days tenure.
For longer stays, 1 gas cylinder provided on monthly basis.
*** Not rigid regarding the Check In & Out time. Only request would be for guests to inform prior if they are unable to abide by the ones mentioned. Incase of delayed checkout the

• Oil under "cooking basics" Not provided as each individual/family/group have different personal preferences.
• No. of provided glass/ceramic crockery = 3/4/5/6. However, full set(6 in number) of steelware crockeries along with all required cooking utensils are available for use.
• Full set(6 in number) of Wine glasses are there.
Note - Tumblers are no longer being provided.
