Uusinta valmistui vuoden 2017 lopulla. Uudet lattiat ja huonekalut koko yksikön ja kylpyhuoneen päivityksissä, mukaan lukien laatta- ja lasisuihku. Jääkaappi ja astianpesukone vaihdettiin marraskuussa 2018.

Kiahuna Plantation on ainoa rannan edessä sijaitseva kiinteistö Poipun rannalla. Kun osittainen merinäköala, yksikkömme on alle 30 sekunnin kävelymatkan päässä merenrannasta.

Yksikkö 176 on päivitetty graniittilaskurilla ja se on kevyt, kirkas ja ilmava. 176 on päätyyksikkö, joka tarjoaa poikkituulen kaikkialla. Suurella nurmikolla on täysin varustettu keittiö, jossa on ulkogrillit. Nukkumiseen kuuluu king-size-vuode ja ulosvedettävä vuodesohva. Kylpyssä on suuri askel suihkussa ja erillinen turhamaisuusalue. Pesulapalvelut ovat lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä. Kiahuna 176: een ei ole mitään askelia.

Snorklaus, uinti ja surffaus ovat kaikki edessä. Kävele ravintoloissa, ostosmahdollisuuksissa, markkinoilla, uima-altaalla, tennis, golf, luaus ja muut aktiviteetit. Rentoudu rannalla tai istu nurmettuneelle alueelle hiekan vieressä. Tämä lomakylä tarjoaa ilmaisia rantatuoleja, lepotuoleja ja pyyhkeitä ja vuokraa kaikki vesiurheiluvälineet. Surffaustunteja on saatavana myös Kiahunassa. Nauti hiljattain päivitetystä uima-altaasta, kuntosalista ja urheilukentistä - tarjolla on tennismailoja / palloja. Kaksi premier-golfkenttää sijaitsevat Poipussa.

Great location and very comfortable unit

We were thrilled with the location of this condo; quiet, near the beach and great lawn. It's very clean and well appointed with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the beach chairs and surf board available in the unit. We're planning on returning next year.

Updated and wonderful location

We have stayed at Kiahuna over 20 times, and actually stayed in this unit many years ago, prior to its remodel. We loved how they utilized the kitchen footprint - more counterspace and so much storage. Beautiful all around, and one of the best locations (albeit a little public for those who prefer more privacy). Also, just a note, the bed is quite high so may be harder for those with ambulation concerns. Overall fantastic and would love to stay there again!

Great condo in a beautiful location

This condo is a ways back from the ocean. But we could still hear the sounds of the waves at night which we love. I think a plus for this condo is that the afternoon sun does not directly hit the patio. This was great for the afternoons after spending a full day in the sun. We sat on the patio & didn't bake from afternoon sun. One thing I would like to mention is that the bed is extremely high. If you have any physical issue it can be a bit tough getting up into the bed. Though it was extremely comfy. I would definitely book this condo again.

Another great trip to Kiahuna

My husband and I have stayed on this property more than ten times and always enjoy the location, amenities and price. We have stayed in different units each time and each one has been unique and wonderful. This particular condo was recently remodeled, clean, with an open and airy kitchen. At first, we felt a bit exposed because it sits near a main sidewalk and we are used to second floor units but we quickly started to enjoy watching people walk by and made a few friends along the way- a lot of people were looking at the condo as they walked by because it is so pretty. I will say, there is no water view from the condo itself. It was also a bit noisy

Listen to the waves

Beautiful updated condo super close to the beach! We stayed for 7 nights and drank our coffee on the beach every morning. You can hear the waves as you drift off to sleep at night. We had a lovely stay here and can’t wait to come back!

Excellent grounds. There is NOT a partial ocean view but we can hear the waves. It’s a 70 second walk to the beach. We met a lot of nice people. Plenty of repeat visitors.

The perfect spot for unwinding

There's no way to go wrong with a Kiahuna stay and this unit is no exception. Our plane was late so we arrived after the check in desk closed. The owner responded to my text immediately and we figured out how to get the keys, all stress free and easy. Especially nice after a long day of wonky travel. The unit has been upgraded so there's a fresh vibe and good looking furniture..very welcoming. We loved this unit and Kiahuna and can't wait to be back in this slice of paradise.

This location (while no view of the ocean) is just steps away. Bed was comfortable. TP and Paper towels, soaps and shampoo provided. You will need to supply your own coffee, condiments for cooking.

Just perfect!!

We visited in September 2022 to celebrate our 10 year anniversary, along with our two kids, age 5 and 7. It was such a lovely time!! The kids enjoyed the big grass area outside of the patio and the easy, short walk to the sand. The unit was clean and serene, and the kids slept well on the sleeper sofa. Barbecuing at sunset was so heavenly!! We cannot wait to come back!!

Such a great location!

The unit is a great updated unit. So close to the beach and the grass. Great for kids! The unit does need some minor maintenance - the phone does not work well, screens and shutters get stuck, one burner on stove doesn’t work. But not show stoppers. Would rent this unit again.

Great location - walk to beach and club

Great stay. The ground floor location with walk straight out into the grass leading to the beach is unbeatable. Access to the athletic club is fantastic. Our kids loved the pool, basketball courts and pickleball. We loved having access to the gym there. It would have been good to have had some pantry essentials in the kitchen (olive oil, spices, etc).

The condo was very cute. Nicely remodeled. And the location was amazing. Negatives for us on the trip- no sand toys or boards for kids in the room. Most other condos on kiahuna had that. The master matress was so HARD. It was so hard my husband and I shoulders or hips world go numb. Also, no simple condiments you usually expect with condos. No salt, peper, spices or oils. All in all I would come back for the location, beautiful place. And perfect location

Family vacation

Wonderful unit and location!!! Staying on the ground level and on the great lawn was a good decision. We rented three units next to each other to be together, but still have our own space. Beautiful decor and fully equipped with all you need. So close to the ocean and the pool. Will definitely return!!!
