Uncomfortable, loud and dirty

I generally have low expectations and just want to be comfortable and cool. I was really disappointed, compared to the hospitality and kindness of other places and people I encountered in my time in Türkiye. The staff (except for the lady who checked me in) were not very friendly or professional. The electricity in my room kept shorting, the room was falling apart and dirty (e.g. the shower doors were just left off its hinges and couldn’t close, so the bathroom flooded every time I showered), the hotel itself and the exterior was run down, unkept and crowded with bags of laundry and rubbish. The wifi didn’t work most of the time. The walls are paper thin and I could clearly hear my neighbour’s conversations throughout day and night. They seem to let people use the pool all night - screaming and splashing around loudly. Although a small price was paid - it was not worth a cent.

Very close to the beach boardwalk. The living room is very big with nice ocean view. It’s worth to pay extra 25 euros per day upgrade. Breakfast is also very good.

Stay Away! Not secure! A really terrible place and management. We booked and paid via Hotels.com but when we arrived they said they don't have the room type we booked for. They suggested us an appartment flat in another building. As it was late hour we reluctantly accepted. During the night someone tried to enter our flat with a key in his hand. Very bad things could have happened. No real apologies made by the reception as he preferred not to answer his phone. I would not recommend this place unless you seek trouble. Staff members like gang boys using always slang during their conversations between each other. One good thing is about expedia customer care. They handled the situation professionally. Never book such hotels from the hotel itself, instead use expedia as you cannot communicate with such bad managements.

Ich hatte ein Standard Einzelzimmer gebucht und direkt beim Check-in ein kostenloses Upgrade auf das Deluxe Zimmer erhalten. Ich hatte somit ein komplettes 2 Zimmer Apartment mit Küche für mich zur Verfügung . Das Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet und sogar eine Waschmaschine war vorhanden. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Zum Strand sowie zu Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten sind es nur 1-2 Minute. Kurz gesagt war ich mit meinem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und kann es nur weiter empfehlen
