Having come directly from another resort making big claims about their quality, i was a little sceptical about the Megasaray. I was to be put right from the first moment we arrived as we were met with smiles and a warm welcome supported with the delivery of a bottle of wine to the room shortly thereafter. A great start. There is no doubt that the food quality and standard are the jewel in the crown of this resort. It’s just fantastic in every respect, The range, flavour and quantity are top quality with the restaurant being attended by friendly and attentive staff throughout our stay. The main bar is huge but quiet despite servicing an immense range of premium drinks to customers within and those choosing to sit outside in the evening enjoying the nightly entertainment that is varied and professional. The hotel itself is decent although the corridor carpets are in need of replacement and showing signed of extensive wear (tiles would be a better option in my view) All in all, the Megasaray is a very good choice for a family trip to Antalya. The staff are always on hand to answer questions with a smile, the facilities and food is outstanding and the daily entertainment very acceptable. Well done everyone - you have gained another three happy customers.

This was our outstanding second stay at the hotel, marked by exceptional service and warm hospitality from all staff. Special recognition goes to Ms. Victoria and Ms. Sadaf from Guest Relations, the front desk team (Ali, Abdulkadir, Aebrak), and Osman from the restaurant and beach services. The food and beverage offerings were abundant, diverse, and high-quality throughout the day. Spa services were professional and relaxing, and the private beach added to the overall experience. Suggestions: Consider refining the smoking policy for balconies to better align with the hotel’s health-conscious environment, and add more English-language movie channels to the in-room TV options. Despite these minor points, the stay was truly memorable, and we look forward to returning.

An Excellent All-Inclusive Oasis on Konyaaltı Beach! Our stay at this resort was nothing short of exceptional. Perfectly located along Konyaaltı Beach, the hotel offers breathtaking views of both the sea and the mountains — a truly stunning backdrop that enhances every moment of the stay. The food was diverse, fresh, and full of flavor, with options to satisfy every taste. The staff were professional, friendly, and always went the extra mile to ensure a pleasant experience. Facilities were excellent — from the relaxing spa to the variety of daily activities and engaging entertainment programs. There was always something to enjoy. The resort’s private beach was a standout: peaceful, clean, and well-maintained, with easy access and full service. Brilliant customer service from Ali from Guest Relations. He helped achieve our ideal honeymoon with lots of special treatment. The room decorations were amazing, we were surprised with flowers upon entry and had a beautiful sea view. If we had any questions, Ali was always available to help. Would highly recommend visiting this hotel and enjoyed the 5 star service from Ali.

It has been a great vacation. Check-in went smoothly, and the reception staff were friendly and welcoming. We got a spacious, comfortable room with a beautiful view. All the hotel staff were welcoming and ready to help in any situation. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that upon check-out, the hotel offers services such as free baggage weighing and suitcase wrapping in plastic film (note: the wrapping service costs $10). An employee, Derviş Gülen, helped us wrap our suitcases. Special thanks to all the waitstaff for their attentiveness and professionalism, and the guest relations team for their help and care. The hotel has a pleasant and cozy atmosphere. The cuisine delighted us with a wide variety of dishes to suit different tastes and preferences. At breakfast, lunch, and dinner, there were always soups, a large selection of cold appetizers, vegetables, fruits, meats, fish, and desserts available. Between main meals, you can visit the patisserie, where you’ll be offered coffee, tea, cocktails, various desserts, and sandwiches. Can definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

We were shocked to see Air conditions were switched off in the rooms , when we enquired twice with reception they said , at Antalya it is still winter time and the AC works centralised based on winter and summer months . They provided with fan on our request that too is an old fan which works only on timer setting which goes off every 2 hours . We stayed from 15-21april at 21-23 temperatures and couldn’t sleep at humid temperature!! We din’t expected this from 5 star hotel !!! Suleman at pool bar was very rude man with very rude behaviour . Once we were having breakfast with our toddler near the table at pool bar and our child was making noise by playing with chair . Suleman came and asked us to eat inside the restaurant when other families next to us were already eating . We felt very embarrassed and he was very rude when offering drinks at pool bar as he was rudely asking ‘I just gave you one drink’ and ‘glass is not allowed at the pool’ with very rude tone and behaviour. We don’t expect this type of hospitality from country like Turkey and from 5 star hotel !!

I don't enjoy hotels that do not have great breakfasts and comfy beds. This one has both. Most evening meals have a special entree or dessert or both. The sushi admittedly was "meh" but the pasta night was delicious, as were the fish tacos and enchiladas on a different night. It rained most of the week (nothing the hotel can do about that) but they monitored the patio area and got it dried as soon as possible. The patisserie is now serving Starbucks (for a small surcharge) if you can't get enough coffee elsewhere. I honestly think food was available from 7 AM until 2 AM at some part of the hotel as they changed from "winter" to "summer" schedules. Don't eat too mcuh before swimming! :) The beach area nearest the hotel is a public beach, but it is nice enough. With the weather, I didn't try to find the hotel's private beach that other reviewers have mentioned. I guess that is for another day! The hallway carpets have some stains, and there's nicks here and there on the room furniture, but the food and beverage services are hot and safe and tasty. The staff tries to be helpful (in multiple languages). Spend a little extra for the "sea view" room for the best mornings, but the other side has mountains in the distance which isn't bad either!
