Along with 3 restaurants, this smoke-free hotel has a full-service spa and an outdoor pool. WiFi in public areas is free. Additionally, a 24-hour health club, a bar/lounge and a poolside bar are on-site.
Hotel ICON offers 262 accommodations with tablet computers and free minibar items. Each accommodation is individually furnished. Beds feature down duvets and premium bedding. A pillow menu is available. 40-inch LCD televisions come with premium cable channels. Fridges, espresso makers and minibars are provided. Bathrooms include baths or showers with a rainfall showerhead, bathrobes, slippers and hairdryers.

Guests can surf the web using the complimentary wired and wireless Internet access (speed: 100+ Mbps (good for 1–2 people or up to 6 devices)). Business-friendly amenities include desks, complimentary newspapers and telephones. Additionally, rooms include laptop-compatible safes and an iron/ironing board. As a VIP premises, there’s supposed to be a free upgrade where available but the room upgrade didn’t happen despite apparent room vacancies. Otherwise, the room is relatively clean and the free minibar is a plus. The location is not prime but within walking distance of subway station. A decent stay and there’s area for improvement.

The walk to the MTR station is quite far and involves many stairs, which can be a bit tiring. However, the service, room, cleanliness, and facilities were all excellent.
