The lifts are too quick to open and close. There have 5 lifts. If you stand on the left or right hand side, you cannot properly catch it. You cannot press open it again. Sometimes even you are standing in front and at the middle of all lifts, you still cannot catch it. It has to be improved. I saw many visitors facing the same problem.

There was a long line to check in. It was very busy and noisy in the lobby. My room wasn’t ready, I was 30 mins early for check in so understood. The room was very tired with a chipped side table and desk and in general need of a refurb. They did provide adaptors and chargers and a portable WiFi unit in the room which was a great idea. This location was good but the hotel was just too busy and the wait for the lifts was always very long. Generally not the experience I wanted from my only night in HK.
