Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
The staff were nice and courteous. We stayed in a private room for three people. Unfortunately, the beds were not comfortable and the room was not very clean. We even found a cockroach under our bed.
There was no regular housekeeping service, aside from emptying the garbage bin and providing disposable towels. We chose not to use the disposable towels and had to purchase our own towels for the entire stay.
Only one elevator was operational throughout our stay, which made getting around the building very inconvenient. The property is not located in the best neighborhood, though it was acceptable.
Due to a last-minute booking during the Christmas holiday period, the price was not particularly cheap. While the accommodation may appear to offer reasonable value for money, we would likely choose a hotel instead for our next stay.
