Amazing hotel run by the family. Very accommodating and friendly all the time. Clean rooms and very big lots of space. Big comfortable bed. The air condition was working well. Great location close to the beach and nice restaurants. I would definitely come back to stay at the hotel. The breakfast was amazing every day. They made it fresh, lots to choose from the menu. Well worth the money and more. Don’t stay at the J Hotel it’s a dump. Stay here it’s 300 times better.

Clean room and comfortable bed. Staff is super friendly. Room needs minor repairs like balcony door handle was loose and towel rod was loose. Biggest complaint is the room power depends on the key, your only given one, and the AC takes a while to cool the room after you've been out.

Their friendliness and attention to making your holiday great is worth double what you pay. Rooms are large, clean and serviced well. The Lalisa Hotel is in a very good location in Ao Nang. It’s off the Main Street slightly so there was no load noise at night. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean and well taken are of. We did not go for breakfast at the hotel so we have no comment on that. One issue we had was that the tv didn’t work. This wasn’t a big deal because we don’t spend much time in the room however, it is nice to put it on prior to going to bed. Otherwise, the hotel was good.

The rooms are spacious and a good size, kind staffs but unfortunately it’s not worth staying here due to safety concerns. I had to change rooms twice after raising concerns about security. The room door didn’t have a proper lock, and the balcony windows didn’t lock either, which made me feel unsafe. The toilet seat was completely crooked, and some of the lights were not working. Also, the AC takes a very long time to cool the room. With better maintenance and attention to these details, this hotel could offer a much better experience.
