Wow, what can I say! This has to be the most beautiful and elegant boutique hotel I have ever stayed at. On entering, the foyer is small but beautifully decorated and the staff make you feel very welcome. Check in was quick and efficient and we were shown to our room by a kind gentleman. The room, a superior double, was stunning. The bed was comfortable and we had a great night’s sleep. The room looked onto the street and it was wonderful to hear the horse and carriage trotting by every so often. The bathroom had all the amenities you would need. The bottle of wine and amaretto was a lovely touch. The breakfast is out of this world! We ate numerous times at the renowned Fiorentina restaurant which is part of the hotel. The food and service were impeccable. Krakow is a beautiful city and Balthazar hotel was just the best place to stay to enjoy everything krakow has to offer. We had a very early return flight and we were given a wonderful breakfast box away with us which was delicious. Thank you so much Balthazar hotel for a wonderful stay, we hope to be back next year. Don’t hesitate to book this!

The staff were very friendly and efficient. The breakfasts were very good and had excellent options. The rooms and en-suites were a very good size and decorated to a high standard. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family, we would not hesitate to book in there again if we ever go back to Karkow

The hotel and room was absolutely stunning. The service was perfection and everyone who worked there was helpful and friendly. The restaurant has a Michelin star and was delicious for both dinner and breakfast (which you order from the menu).We truly did not want to leave!

This is just a charming, upscale, boutique hotel with some of the friendliest staff we’ve encountered anywhere. So close to the castle and the town Square and so many restaurant options, including a Michelin listed restaurant within the hotel itself.

Location 10/10 Housekeeping is available. There is a tiny washer but no dryer but it didn’t really affect our time there. We unfortunately booked a room without elevator access so we hiked up to the third floor each evening but again only mentioned it for those with mobility issues. Amazing restaurant right across from the hotel and it is a must. Higher end but well priced and food is amazing. Would 100% stay here again!!!!

Wonderful- loveliest hotel we have been in for a while. Attention to detail, quality of products, fabrics, and thoughtfulness was way beyond.. Bed was great! We also ate in Fiorentina restaurant- incredible meal and they accommodated us after a much delayed return from Auschwitz trip. Thankyou!

Perfectly situated next to the Castle/near the Vistula River and equidistant between the main square (market place) and the ICE convention center. Lots of churches, shops, restaurants on the walk through old town to the main square. Fiorentina restaurant at this hotel is excellent as well.
