We loved this property so much, the location is directly in the centre you couldn’t get closer to everything if you tried, the staff were so friendly and the atmosphere was lovely, our room was so nice (the jacuzzi was our favourite part) and the hotel even organised our transfers to and from the airport which was a very nice touch, we will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again

Thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The room was a decent size, comfortable and clean. The staff were superb, they organised transfers to and from the hotel and our trip to Auschwitz without any fuss and everyone arrived on time. Breakfast was good and the location is superb, right on the square. I would absolutely return to this hotel if we go back to Krakow and would recommend it to anyone.

This property is ideally located on the main square and is very convenient for restaurants, sights, and supermarkets. The staff were lovely and very helpful. We appreciated the bottle of fizz on arrival and bottle of red the night before departure, as well as a small stocked mini fridge. We had a couple of problems with the room, but the staff sought to address them quickly. My only criticism was in relation to some of the furniture/ carpets as they were damaged, this didn’t affect their use and therefore we didn’t complain about this, but something that could have ensured the aesthetics were as high as possible. We also thought the large bathtub was a waste of space in the room, but appreciate that others may have enjoyed this. Would stay here again

Wonderful Krakow

Wonderful trip to Krakow. Really enjoyed the hotel Betmanowska. It has a grand feel to it even though it’s ‘small’ and personable. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was excellent, right in the square and central to everything. The main rail station (Glowny) is in easy walking distance. The free mini-bar is a nice touch and the included breakfast was great (including the local flavoured vodka shots). There are a number of restaurants associated with the hotel which we didn’t try only because of the huge and varied selection available close by.

I chose to stay here because of the location which met my expaectations. The hotel accommodation is good although the room was a bit small and because of the style of the bathroom which was glass the room was not dark enough for sleeping. The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful and courteous.A nice touch was on arrival abottle of prosseco and fruit. The day before leaving I received a complementary bottle of wine as a thank for staying with them. Little details like this make a difference to the service.

A wondful stay

Great location, right on main square, facing Cathedral and Cloth Hall. Totally renovated. Our room has a big jacuzzi. Breakfast buffet hot food is made to order. We really enjoyed our stay.
