Loved the location. Being right on the square allowed for us to experience a variety of things. The architecture, food, shops, street music, absolutely all stunning. We traveled Europe for 2 weeks and this was by far our favorite! The people were so friendly everywhere we went. Also the hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay warm and welcoming.

We stayed in the penthouse and it was enourmous. You can tell the place needs a little refresh, but it was still a clean and safe hotel. The AC for our needs was not very good, and we couldn’t get the temperature to where we felt comfortable. The location is great, and the hotel room had a very modern feel. It was a good stay overall. The hotel staff at check in was very nice.

It is a wonderful hotel, where old and nee syyle mix together. The hotel is in the main square within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and many points of interests. The staff was nice and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel and I definitely return back when in Krakow.

The hotel was spotless and very spacious. I loved the welcome bubble of Prosecco and was touched by the personalized welcome letter with my name—such a rare and thoughtful gesture. Everything about the stay was amazing. Only thing missing was conditioner, but that’s minor. Highly recommend!

Excellent location and comfortable hotel

Lovely boutique style hotel with brilliant location in the main square. Comfortable with luxurious toiletries and guest treats in the room. Only criticism was the second night towels were old and frayed.
