The hotel was clean and nicely furnished. Our room (deluxe) was spacious and stylish. The cleaning was thorough and the room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was great and it included warm food (omelettes etc) also. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location is perfect with the market Square right around the corner. Warm recommendation!

The attention to detail was brilliant, it was my partners birthday and they provided cake, balloons and a letter from the staff for a small fee. We were always greeted by staff at the reception and the room/hotel was spotless and incredibly attentive. The hotel is nice in the very good location. The room was spacious It was very hard to find, because hotel doesn’t have its name displayed in a form that can be seen. I found it very inconsiderate to customers as I had to walk back and forth on the street with luggage and it was stressful. My room wasn’t ready at 2pm and although 3pm is official check in time, most hotels would have it ready

What a beautiful hotel. The receptionist was welcoming and spoke perfect English. The decor with the mix of old and new was really well done, fresh and spotlessly clean. Nice touches with cups and saucers, iron, safe and a long shoe horn i didn't know I needed in my life until now!! We enjoyed the sauna which was free to use. Brilliant location to explore the old town and elsewhere in Krakow. Would definitely stay here again.
