Great Stay

Perfect hotel, great location. Rooms cleaned daily, all the staff were fantastic. Had everythi g we needed. Petrol station with shop at the back.of the hotel with shop was great and a bar over the road. 10 minute walk to the old town square and 2 minute walk to the river.

Our hotel room was unusable between the hours of 9-5 . This was due to the renovations being done at the hotel. The resultant noise was very frustrating as firstly, we had no forewarning of the work and secondly it was so loud we couldn’t chat or hear ourselves think. We also only had a bin in the bath room … which is not practical or the standard we have previously had in IBIS.

The hotel was clean and functional. Just what you’d expect at an Ibis. Lovely breakfast options but could have done much better for allergy / intolerance needs such as labelling. I asked for gluten free bread (using my phone for the translation) and I got it but it wasn’t very nice! Thank you for a nice stay in Krakow
