Great stay and location. Excellent communication when it came to my cancelled flight and organising to come the next day and keeping in contact. Highly recommend for a long weekend stay in Krakow.

Danger: Loft Affair cancelled the reservation!

Loft Affair (Louvre Studios) cancelled the evening before our arrival our reservation creating us a big problem. We cannot judge whether the place and the rooms are nice, clean, quiet as we could not stay there... but we can certainly judge the lack of professionalism of Loft Affair!!! Cancelling last minute a pre-paid reservation, booked well on time ahead of the travel date, is simply a lousy customer experience. Cannot therefore recommend Loft Affair. Can however recommend hotels.com customer service as they went the extra mile to find a solution and an alternative accomodation for us.
