Both our rooms were very nice and clean. Location perfect in Kazimierz. It was maybe a little strange that they didn't have any staff in the reception, but when we called the reception telephone number we got all the help and answers we needed.

Really well situated hotel. Only 15 minute walk to the old town square and 5 minutes walk to one of the main tour bus stops. Hotel was clean and communication before was excellent. Room was very comfortable and warm but the shower head needs totally replacing.
