Kas Cocita is a single-level apartment of 95 m² located in the quiet neighborhood of Sur Salinja, on the ground floor. The apartment overlooks a lush private garden. Isidel Beach Park is 1.5 kilometers away, and restaurant It Rains Fishes is just 1.3 kilometers from the front door. The nearest grocery store, Top Supermarket, is 1.6 kilometers away. Dive Friends Yellow Submarine dive center is only 750 meters away. The property features a jacuzzi in the garden – not a full swimming pool, but a cozy and exclusive hot tub experience reserved entirely for you.

As a guest of Kas Cocita, you have full use of the entire apartment: the bedroom with king-size bed, the bathroom, the open living and dining area, the fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, the private garden with jacuzzi, and the covered veranda. Parking is available both on the premises and on the street, free of charge and always close by. Kas Cocita is located in Sur Salinja, a quiet and leafy residential neighborhood just outside the center of Kralendijk. The area has a relaxed character and is popular with both locals and vacationers looking for some peace and quiet while staying close to all the amenities of the city. Sur Salinja is conveniently situated near the coast, with Isidel Beach Park and several dive sites within easy reach. The neighborhood is spacious, green, and relatively calm – a wonderful place to come home to after an active day on the water.

To truly explore beyond the immediate surroundings of Kas Cocita in Sur Salinja, renting a car is highly recommended. With your own vehicle, every corner of Bonaire is within reach at your own pace – from secluded snorkel spots along the west coast to hidden local restaurants you won't find otherwise. Most roads on Bonaire are paved, but if you plan to visit Washington Slagbaai National Park, a pickup truck or SUV is strongly advised, as the unpaved and sometimes rugged tracks inside the park are not suitable for a regular car. Keep in mind that there is no public transportation on Bonaire and taxis are limited, especially on busy days when a cruise ship is docked at the port.

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged upon request, subject to availability. Smoking and pets are not permitted in any of our accommodations. We kindly ask all guests to be mindful of noise levels in the evening out of respect for the neighborhood.
