Leider unsauber und mängelbehaftet

Bekanntlich ist der erste Eindruck der wichtigste. Beim Check In durch den Vermieter war das Haus relativ kühl und der Vermieter hat erst dann die Heizung im Haus aufgedreht. Dass Küche und Bad im EG zusätzlich Fußbodenheizung haben, erwähnte der Vermieter nicht, das haben wir dann selber rausgefunden und diese aktiviert. Der zweite Heizkörper im Wohnzimmer im Obergeschoss war Totalausfall. So dauerte es bis zum nächsten tag, bis das Haus einigermaßen warm war - und der erste Eindruck war so schon mal nicht gut.Die Heizkörper waren (mit Ausnahme in den Schlafzimmern) stark verschmutzt, ebenso die Thermostatventile, sodass man diese nur mit spitzen Fingern anfassen konnte. Krass war es in der Küche, weil der Heizkörper unmittelbar neben dem Essplatz ist und man also beim Essen ständig den schmutzigen Heizkörper im Blick hat.Mängel: rostfleckiger Heizkörper im Bad 5 gerissene Fliesen im Bad stark verschmutzter Abluftventilator im Bad 1 nicht funktionsfähiger Heizkörper Balkonbrüstung hat morsche Bretter Fenster haben weder Sonnen- noch Sichtschutz (in den Schlafzimmern aber vorhanden)Das einzig Positive ist die Lage: Vom Obergeschoss hat man freien Blick auf das Kranichfelder Oberschloss.Fazit: Das Ferienhaus kann in diesem Zustand nicht empfohlen werden und ist mit ca. 100 pro Tag (im Mai) völlig überteuert.
