Andy's Holiday Home with HotTub & Sauna

The holiday home is located on a vineyard hill which offers a wonderful view on surrounding hills and valley. The property offers a great experience for up to 8 guests who wish to relax or hold festivities as there is outdoor wooden furniture for holding a picnic and a stone furnace for BBQ. The holiday home consists of three floors. On the upper floor there is a small living room which has access to a private bathroom and bedroom. The middle floor is where the kicthen is located and adjacent to it is the hunting room which can hold up to 15 guests for festivities and social activities. There is a private bathroom on the middle floor.

The basement floor is is where the wellness is located. In the basement floor guests have access to a sauna and hot tub with deckchairs to relax and unwind.

All of the floors are accessed from the outside, there are no staircases inside the property to connecting between the floors.
All floors are accessed from the inside and do not have stairs connecting the floors from the inside.

UPPER FLOOR: The bedroom is located on the upper floor and has 3 double beds and is air conditioned. The window has a mosquito net installed for an undisturbed night's sleep. There is a fireood furnace located in the bedroom but we ask guests not to use it themselves for safety purpouse.
Before the bedroom is a small living room which has a TV and a couch which can be used as a double sofa bed. From the living room guests have access to a private bathroom which has a walk in shower, toilet, bidet and hair dryer.

MIDDLE FLOOR: The kitchen with dining area is located on the middle floor with the large hunting room where there is space for up to 15 guests to have festivities or social interactions. The hunting room has a large speaker for music.

BASEMENT FLOOR: All of the wellness facilities are located in the basement floor which consist of a sauna, hot tub and deck chairs for lounging. There is an open shower next to the sauna for guests to cool down.

OUTDOORS: The property offers a great outdoor experience with it's location on a vineyard hill as it has a great view on the surrounding hills and valley below. There is a large stone furnace guests can use for having a BBQ with wood table and benches a great spot for holding a picnic.
