Room is very spacious and clean. We especially liked the fully equipped gym, there's also a nice pool and bar area. The huge One Utama shopping centre is just a few minutes walk on an undercover passenger bridge, same as to MRT station. Complimentary parking for friends who were visiting us. Highly recommended if you want to stay in PJ.

This is a 5star hotel with all facilities. The gym is excellent and the pool is fantastic. Dining options offer a buffet breakfast, buffet lunch and buffet dinner with lots of variety. Seniors 60+ gets 50% off which is a real treat! There is a covered linked bridge from the hotel to one of the largest mall which is in the area. It’s very convenient with a 5-7 minutes walk. The mall has 40+ restaurants and also a food court. Food variety is aplenty! The hotel staff from the bell boy to front desk, housekeeping and restaurant staff, their services are excellent and exceptional. They are always smiling, polite, courteous and friendly and never fail to enquire if everything is good. The hotel also provides free transportation to a few other mall locations nearby. Parking is complimentary to guests as well. All in all, I’ll give this hotel an A++. I’ll definitely book this hotel again!

Nice spacious room. Great breakfast buffet. Great location, next to 1 utama shopping mall. Courteous staff that makes you feel welcome. Lots of parking space. Only issue is the quality of the bed and pillow. Bedding is firm, but does not feel like individual pockets. Even an infants movement can be felt through the whole bed. The pillows did not offer enough neck support. Beyond that, in terms of pricing, location and breakfast spread, it's a solid 4 to 4.5 stars. Improve on the bedding, and it's a solid 5 star

Closed to met station easy access to central KL. Shopping is five minutes away from the hotel. Lot of places to eat too in the shopping mall. If anyone is traveling into KL this hotel you can trust. So convenient.

Lovely stay

Love the gym facilities and the swimming pool. The hotel staff are all very helpful and polite and will make an effort to accommodate to requests. The hotel is located at a prime location with the mrt and one utama just next to it.

Stayed at this hotel last year when run by Avante. Looks exactly the same but service not as good. One day our room wasn't made up, despite a request and the room being free. The towels are worn. Buffet breakfast layout is spread across a very large noisy room, so you got your 10,000 steps in just getting tea and toast! Staff were friendly and efficient. I just feel the standard has dropped since last year . Perfectly situated for getting around with the Train station being a stones throw away and connecting bridge to 1Utama shopping mall
