1-Room very bland.No cupboard ,just an open shelf to hang clothes on. The bathroom door hanger fell when I closed the door on my first day, I told the receptionist but it was not fixed !!! 2-Amenities poor - no green tea just 2 tea bags Mugs too big to use for the Nespresso coffee machine. 3-friendly staff. 4- Breakfast average. Overall overpriced.

Staffs was polite and is approachable . Room was big and clean and provided the necessary essentials in the room such as soap, shampoo, toothbrush etc WiFi was abit annoying as you have to log in everyday if you are not a member to the hotel chain. There are convenient stores which are open 24hrs so that was handy.

The Worst Experience

The worst experience we had in this hotel. Dirty floor in the room, hair on bed dust on the furniture and etc. We were only told about the closed of pool and other inconveniences caused to the guest, 2 days prior our arrival. We cannot make any changes because it is nonrefundable booking. Such deceiving compared to the marketing in Hotels.com. We will never return.

Worst hotel ever - impossible to sleep

This hotel is undergoing renovations, which they did not bother to tell us about before we arrived. This meant the pool was closed and the gym had a massive padlock over the doors - very upsetting after I had filtered hotels to only see ones with a pool. There was loud building work from the renovations during the day. Then on our third night, we were woken up at 1:30 am by more loud building work, which went on with hammering and drilling noises for over an hour. We could not get back to sleep and had to wake up at 5:00 am for our flight. I would never in my worst nightmare have imagined a hotel who care about their guests so little that they allow loud building work for over an hour in the middle of the night. I reached out to the hotel about this issue, but they have ignored me. Our hotel room also did not have towels. I called reception to ask for towels. The staff were very friendly and said they would send some up. 20 minutes later, we still had no towels, so went down to reception to ask in person. It took a further 20 minutes (40 minutes in total) for our towels to come. This was a real pain after we had just come from over 14 hours of flights to get there and were desperate for a shower. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again if you paid me.

The hotel is not next to monorail station but not far away. Thus, even u use the public transportation system, it is very easy to access this hotel. The room is nice and clean. Do use the pool during my stay there, which is a nice one as well. Many good choices around this hotel, particulate the night market area. Finally, I would like to thank the staff Andrew to help me arrange the grab service that I can arrive at the airport on time. Thanks
