We had the corner room. It was bright, spacious and comfortable. The buffet breakfast had a good selection of food and the Sky Spa was nice. But I would only give it 7/10 for cleanliness

Nice stay

Nice stay. It had all the basic needs although no coffee. It was conveniently located highly recommended. Note the near by car parks are calculated every 12 hrs, when we parked it was 2400 yen each day.

値段の割に良いホテルです♪

新市街から近くて良いロケーションですね。部屋も清潔で露天風呂もあり最高でした。値段も安くてお値打ちだと、珍しく嫁さんが褒めていましたのでまたよろしくお願いします。ただ立体駐車場の幅が183㎝までで、私の車は入りませんでした。 気さくな駐車場係のおじさんが近隣の安い駐車場を教えてくれたのが良かったです笑

Questionable cleanliness but good location

Room was spacious and comfortable but cleanliness is spotty. Found a strand of pubic hair in the shower and a dried up contact lens in the room. Mildew on shower curtain and mold on edge of bathtub. Extra bath towels will not be delivered to your room, you need to collect them from reception. Room slippers are not disposable, so are they clean? Near to main shopping street and has a spa.

チェックアウト時忘れ物があったのですが、丁寧にご対応いただき大変助かりました。 ダブルルームでしたが大きい机があり、仕事を普通にできるので助かります。また屋上の大浴場は眺めも良く、清掃も行き届いており快適でした。てきれば、脱衣室に体重計を置いていただけると嬉しいです。

We have great experience staying in this Hotel. The room is spacious and well designed for 4 people. Enjoyed the roof top Spa , the breakfast bar also serves quality food 💕with great views. We loved the location to the shopping dinning and to Castles as well. Highly recommend to who want to find a place to stay in Kumamoto.
