Overall this a good hotel and close to Kumamoto station. This hotel is a bit dated and uses keys for hotel rooms. Amenities were basic. Room was spacious. Staff were friendly.

We stayed on the 11th Floor and the room looks like newly renovated. Spacious and very clean. We could access the beverage section on the 4th Floor which provides coffee, tea, wine and cup noodles too😊. Will stay again when we visit Kumamoto next time!!

Perfect hotel!

We had the room with the bunk beds and the slide. It was perfect. Clean, comfortable, and very accommodating. My only complaint is that we didn’t stay at this hotel longer!

It is a ok hotel with good location. Pictures are much better than the real room. Think the customers are mostly one time travelers. The fabric of the couch is plastic and make people feel uncomfortable.

Conveniently located next to the JR Kumamoto station mean lots of options for food and shopping at the AMU Plaza. Airport shuttle is located right outside the hotel. Tram stations are also right outside.
