I was surprised by the unfortunate presence of so much cigarette smoke in the lobby. It hits you like a wall when you walk in. The management had already turned the air conditioning to winter operation so there was no opportunity to control your own heat/air machine in your room. We like to sleep with a cooler room, and there was no opportunity for that, therefore we slept very poorly. On the positive side, the hotel is located close to the beach, seemed to have a very nice pool, our bed and couch and balcony were comfortable, and we had a beautiful sea view.

Facility has new and old buildings. For those who needs to use elevator(baby trolley or people with disabilities) should select rooms from new building. Otherwise hotel may prepare a room from old building which doesn't have an elevator. Hotel crew looks like they are freshly onboarded, but they smile all the time and are trying to do their best. We had some issues to take care of and we got solution for those. Foods and snacks are nice, beach is so close and clean.

Overall good but small. Also during my stay it was overcrowded and unable to find seats/beach beds by the pool or at the beach. Once when it was impossible to find one and when I managed to explain via google translator to staff they sent me to talk to reception. I was over it and decided to hang around the resort rather than go to experience another trouble.

Sauberkeit der Besteck sehr schlecht, Beim Nachtisch hatte meine Frau fast Zahn gebrochen Stein im Essen nach Beschwerde kann passieren Aussage. Nach Check Auto keine Mittagessen oder Kaffee vor der abreise, wenn wir ab 12 was nehmen auf Dollar Basis die Bezahlung Frechheit wenn wir Bezahlen dann auf Landeswährung. Habe über 100 Hotels so was nicht erlebt.

Grundsätzlich sind es keine 5 Sterne, sondern meiner Meinung nach ein max. 4 Sterne Hotel. Die Mitarbeiter sind teilweise freundlich, aber teilweise auch im Gegenteil. Zudem wirken sie oft sehr unprofessionell. Das Essen war im Allgemeinen in Ordnung. Abends ist es jedoch sehr langweilig, da es fast keine Unterhaltung angeboten wird. Auch sind weitere negative Einzelheiten vorgefallen, die hier jedoch den Rahmen sprengen würden. Wir werden dieses Hotel nicht nochmal besuchen und können es leider nicht zwingend weiterempfehlen.

Dieser Preis wo ich bezahlt habe ist in diese unterkunft nicht gerechtfertigt, es stinkte nach Abwasser die wände hatten risse es war kein komfort wo ich für 3500 € erwartet habe. Ich warte immer noch auf Rückzahlung der kosten da ich nach 2 nächten das Hotel wieder verlassen habe, da es auf den bildern besser aussieht als in natur. Schrecklich dieses Hotel für das geld erwarte ich mehr. Bin dann in ein anderes hotel wo ich weniger bezahlt habe und den komfort bekam, den ich für den preis erwarte, ich erwarte jetzt vom hotel das sie die 9 tage zurückzahlen, da Expedia sich sehr bemühte um das hotel das geld zurückzu forderen, da dieser preis nicht übereinstimmt mit dem was es geboten hat

Wir hatte hohe Erwartungen an das Hotel,da die Bewertung durchschnittlich “sehr gut“ ist,aber leider wurden wir enttäuscht. Der Service war extrem schlecht,da gefühlt nur Schüler als Mitarbeiter eingestellt sind,weil gerade Sommerferienzeit ist. Tische wurden nicht sauber gemacht und Besteck kam nur auf Anfrage. Ab 23Uhr gab es keine Getränke mehr an der Bar,obwohl es sich um ein All-Inclusive-Hotel handelt. Besonders absurd war,dass der Tee ab dieser Uhrzeit plötzlich 3 € kostete. Die Lichter wurden ausgemacht sogar die Dekobeleuchtung. Man wurde quasi gezwungen schlafen zu gehen. Ein weiterer negativer Punkt war,das wir für die Zimmer nur eine Zugangskarte erhalten haben. Eine 2. Karte nach Anfrage haben wir trotzdem nicht bekommen. Als Familie mit Kindern ist dies nicht zumutbar,da es immer mal vorkommt das ein Elternteil mit Kind im Zimmer bleiben muss und der andere Elternteil musste ohne Karte raus. Die fehlende Flexibilität und Servicekraft haben unseren Aufenthalt stark beeinträchtigt. Im Urlaub als Eltern ist man für jeden guten Service dankbar und freut sich wenn man nicht ständig für z.B. Getränke oder Besteck aufstehen muss,da dies zu den Basics einer 5 Sternen Anlage dazugehören sollte. Insgesamt kann ich das Hotel nicht empfehlen. Ein Stern gibt es trotzdem für die nette Dame am Eisstand die immer gelächelt hat und immer freundlich war. Da wir mit dem Elektrowagen dort waren,fand ich super das es im Hotelparkplatz 2 AC Ladesäulen von ZES zur verfügung standen.

Schönes Hotel mit einigen Serviceschwächen

Tolle Zimmer , freundliche Zimmer Mädchen Personal an der Rezeption und insbesondere in Restaurants müssten alle auf Achtsamkeit & Kundenservice geschult werden. Sie haben kein Gefühl für Bedürfnisse der Gäste : Teller werden einenm einfach und rabiat vom Platz genommen, dabei reicht ein kurzer Blick auf den Tisch oder Gäste kurz fragen. Tische werden chaotisch und laut abgeräumt, Bedienung für die Getränke erfolgt unstrukturiert . Auch am Buffet werden auf wichtige Dinge (z.B. Sind überall Servierlöffel da nicht geachtet, obwohl laufend Personal "herumsteht") Generell ist es ein schönes Hotel mit schöner Lage. Solide aber Max 3 Sterne.

Çıkışta Sibel Hanımla memnuniyet üzerine konuşmamızdaki ilgisi ile, samimiyeti ve kücük caplı eksiklikler üzerine gelişime katkısı ve aidiyeti ile tekrar tatil için seçeceğimiz oteller arasında yerini aldı. Çalışanlar arasında lobby bardaki İhsan Bey ve Pastane kısmındaki Arda Hanım ın; talebimiz olmadan sundukları ekstra hizmet takdire şayandır. Yalnızca odalarda sac kremi, vücut losyonu eksikliği, kahvaltıda filtre kahve yokluğu bizim gördüğümüz eksikler arasındadır.

Wonderful hotel, terrible hotel management

Wonderful hotel with terrible management. My hotel room got mixed up, so I was given a different room. Service was poor and dirty kettle in the room. Basic items missing in room; had to ask staff twice before it was corrected. Food was good and beach was perfect. Overall, wouldnt recommend.
