only thing i would say negative is that you need to replace your baggage trolley. Far to loud to be moving luggage around when people are trying to sleep.

Love this hotel. The staff are beautiful. The hotel is clean and has lovely gardens, two pools and a swim up bar. It is in the heart of Kuta but tucked away from the noise and bustle. Would highly recommend it for an affordable stay.
