25 km north of Kuusamo, Ruka 2.7 km, Lake Kesäjärvi 500 m. Board-built cottage, built in 2008. Downstairs: bedroom 1: with 2 beds, bedroom 2 with 2 beds, bedroom 3 with 1 bed + bunk bed, livingroom, kitchen, bathroom (2 showers), wood-heated sauna and 2 toilets (other with a shower). Upstairs: 4 beds and toilet. There is also 1 extra bed. Upstairs + downstairs 145 m². High quality Holiday house near Kesäjärvi lake.

Additional equipment: Internet-connection (wireless, speed 1Mb). Raclette pan, Fondue pot. Lockable ski waxing room. Car port. On the terrace table and chairs for 6 persons and gas grill.
Hot tub for 6 persons on the terrace for additional price. If you want to book the hot tub for a reservation of less than a week, please contact our customer service, thank you. Contact the owner before using the tub.
The possibility to charge an electric car (Type 2) is included in the accommodation price.

Distance to Skibus stop 700m. Dining table is for 8-10 persons. Additional cleaning charge is 220 euro.
