Not as expected

I tried to book an apartment near Maidan. Expedia dite showed it as .38 miles away , so easy walking distance, In truth it was a good 40 minutes away. The room was well decorated and clean. Sadly the remainder of the block was a disappointment, Luckily the cockroaches were not as large as those in Far East. It was a lesson hard learned, and hopefully not to be repeated. Complaint to Expedia resulted in offer of a £25 voucher off future bookings. Ha ha

The apartment could have been so much better. Internet not working. Freezing cold. Kitchen equipment poor. Front door lock a problem. Very annoying all round

Nice and comfortable apartment in Kiev

We have to pick up keys from some other place, it was an inconvenience at night time. Apartment was tidy and nice. That was comfortable place to stay. All amenities were near. what make me so unhappy and uncomfortable that was water supply. The day we checked out, that day from morning till we left water supply was stop. It was really hard to get ready and especially the day we were traveling back. Apart that keys and water issues. Rest I really liked, apartment was nice and tidy. Staff answer any queries.
