This hotel was amazing! It was right across from the main Kyoto station and after the long trip it was the perfect distance. The staff were super friendly and helpful when checking in and asking for info about the city. The room was fantastic, roomy (by Japan standards). Bathroom was great! I definitely recommend this hotel! Breakfast buffet option is great as it offers lots of Japanese and western foods.

We enjoyed our three nights at Hotel Vischio! The location is very conveniently located by the main train station and we found many places to be in walking distance as well. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the amenities were great, we really enjoyed using the pool facilities at the end of the day.

I like the proximity to Kyoto Station and the convenience with taking the airport limousine to Kansai airport. The location is very well connected to many forms of public transport that can take you to most tourist spots in Kyoto. A lot of food options and convenience store around. Great location, clean & budget friendly

Great hotel! Perfect location w/easy and walkable access to the main Kyoto Station, family mart, 7-11s, etc. Safe neighborhood. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. The amenities were pretty awesome. Only downside is that the daily breakfast was very expensive so we had to resort to surrounding restaurants and cafes.
