Amazing Hotel!!

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, very spacious rooms for an amazing price. Very close to Sanjo station and to the centre (Nishiki Market etc) easy access from Kyoto Station! Breakfast is unique, something for everyone! Overall 10/10!

This is nice hotel withing walking distance to the station and anf shopping. The rooms are small but it served my purposes since i was never in the room. The offer typical toiletries and the staff are accommodating. The breakfast in the morning is included or it was for me and it was great. I hhave stayed here 2 years in years in a row and will continue to if I go back to Kyoto.

Excellent staff and service

Hotel is at a very convenient location to both Sanjo and Sanjo-Keihan stations. Short walk to some attractions, about 10 mins to Gion and 15 mins to main shopping street/market. Breakfast has decent variety but does not change much over the days. Staff and service were excellent especially Mr Azuma and Kunieda. I left a bag behind upon check out and they very kindly and efficiently helped me arrange delivery to my next destination! I am most grateful! Thank you again!

In the immediate vicinity there were very few options for lunch though a few more places were open for dinner. It was very close to the subway and also about a 10-15 minute walk to other neighborhoods full of restaurants and bars. It was actually nice to be away from the crowds, but might be a bit out of the way for other travellers who don't like to walk as much.
