No staff btw 10pm to 8am. No window. You have to pay ¥200/ person for Kyoto Hotel Tax. Room is wide and bed is comfortable. Design is good, amenities a lot and good quality.

10/10! Amazing hotel!

We loved this hotel! It was not too far from a bus sto, and we could easily walk to the train or subway stations from here too. The management was extremely polite. David was easy to talk to (in English or Japanese), and he gave us recommendations for places to see and for restaurants. The other members of the staff were also very nice and accommodating. The noise level in the room was quiet. The room itself was beautiful! When we visit Kyoto again, we will try and book with this hotel!

Rinn Shijo is Kyoto’s finest

We love the place. The photos are the exactly the same in real life. I would love to go back and I recommend staying at your hotel again :)
