This hotel is in an excellent location if you have activities planned. Easy walk to Nishiki Market, the Gion District and to the train station. Breakfast was plentiful and it was great to have a coffee machine! Rooms are of course small, but clean with a practical layout. Good value.

of all the rooms in japan this hotel had the largest room. The bed was a bit on the harder side, but the comforter was soft and fluffly. Washroom was clean and sufficient. and it was a 5 min walk to the train station
