Very good hotel. We loved our stay here. Perfectly convenient to all things we needed - accessible to trains, taxi, near 7/11, Fresco and restaurants, hotel staff and amenities were very good. We used their laundry service, foot massager, breakfast service and their utilities… The soaking tub was very good after a long day of walking.

Reception staff communication was excellent. Nice shared area where there was free soft drink and you could help your self to coffee and tea. Microwave in the room would have been handy. Overall a good experience.

Very nice hotel

Very nice facility, and the rooms are fairly large for Japan. Onsite onsen and laundry are great. The breakfast was very good as well. Conveniently located near subway line and shopping.

We stayed in a Superior Triple Room as a family of four and with one large suitcase, the space was adequate. Two large suitcases might have been tight. The room was nice and clean. The included amenities were great, attractions were either walkable or a station was within a block away, but the best was the staff - very helpful and hospitable.

Hotel was conventinetly located next door to a seven eleven and a train station. My husband forgot his iwatch while staying at the hotel and they were nice enough to send the item to the new city/hotel via carrier. Amazing customer service! Over all 4 starts because the beds were hard and it made our back hurt. The pillows were also hard- as if they had been stuff with hard beads. Really weird.

Onsen is a major perk. Breakfast had lots of options. Next to train station. Took a long time to walk most places we wanted to go. Pillows are not comfortable. Good laundry facilities. Felt safe.

Hotel ticks all the boxes

The hotel has prepared everything my family needed. Free welcome drink from 2pm to mid night; well equipped bath house; laundry room; vending machines; parking; good location. All the staff I have met are very helpful and polite. Just be prepared, it is a very busy hotel. You would see lots of guests in the lobby or waiting for elevators all the time.

We enjoyed our stay, excellent customer service, clean facilities, free amenities, free Onson, plenty of washing machines and dryer, free water to fill bottle and ice cubes. So convenient to public transport, just walking distance from Gojo Station, can also walk to Kyoto Station. Nearby buses to go to tourist attractions. No complaints. I would recommend to our friends and family who will look for a stay in Kyoto.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was between the 2 more popular tourist areas of Kyoto and Shijo station but walkable to either areas and also right on the train line (few mins walk up exit 3). There were plenty of food places around, a pharmacy and supermarket across the road and 7-11 next door. The hotel provided an area for eating downstairs from 2pm-11pm with free drinks from the machine, and staff went out of their way to assist with luggage transport and sorting anything wrong in the room. Definitely somewhere I would stay again.
