The apartment of 85m2 is located in the privileged urbanization Roques Daurades de l'Ametlla de Mar facing the sea only 2km from the town center, 45km from Port Aventura and 22km from Reus Airport. It is located on the ground floor and has a large terrace with outdoor furniture, barbecue and a private garden, in addition to a multitude of community spaces such as a swimming pool for adults and children, paddle tennis and pickleball court, basketball court, playground and a small supermarket. The three bedrooms have a double bed, two single beds and a trundle bed for two guests, in addition to the sofa bed in the living room. You will find two complete bathrooms with shower and bath, equipped kitchen, Nespresso capsule coffee maker, air conditioning, heating, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, free parking and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment. At the check in you will be asked for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation. We don't accept groups under 25 years. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
