Upon entering, you are welcomed into a pleasant veranda, perfect for a moment of reading or a quiet coffee. It leads to a warm living area, consisting of a cosy living room and an open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary to prepare your meals: refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, gas hobs, filter and Nespresso coffee makers, toaster, kettle and all useful utensils. From the kitchen, you directly access a closed, verdant and well-arranged garden, with garden furniture, barbecue and a 25 m² terrace, ideal for sharing a meal outdoors.

On the night side, the house comprises three comfortable bedrooms. On the right when entering, a bedroom with a double bed (140x190) is adjacent to a children's bedroom, equipped with a bunk bed (90x190) and a single bed (90x190). Next to these two bedrooms, you will find a bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer. An additional independent WC is available. From the living room, you access a third bedroom with a double bed (140x190).
