Belle vue cependant la proximité avec l avenue centrale génère de la nuisance sonore, une climatisation serait nécessaire pour dormir correctement la nuit.

Appartement agréable, fonctionnel et très calme avec en prime une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer du balcon où on a pu prendre le petit-déjeuner chaque jour... 3 étages à descendre et on est quasiment sur la plage.Très bon rapport qualité/prix, adresse à garder et à recommander...
