Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you this charming 38 m² air-conditioned apartment with pool and sea view, located in L'Île-Rousse, about 50 m from the beach. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a pretty living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a shower room. Wifi included, sheets and towels included, new bedding, we're waiting for you!

- A 15 m² living room with a brand new double sofa bed, dining area, TV...
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A shared, fenced, unheated swimming pool (4×12 m) open from May 1 to September 30.
- A 5 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The apartment is ideally located in L'Île-Rousse, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
Activities:
L'île-Rousse, nicknamed the Saint-Tropez of Corsica, has something for everyone: sun worshippers will appreciate the warmest micro-climate in Corsica! Come and discover its heritage, its beach and its sumptuous landscapes.
- Take the Marinella promenade along the coast to the fabulous Place Paoli.
- Equestrian club for visits to La Pietra

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot.
