The apartment was built in 2016 and is the perfect location for active skiers or those looking to relax. It sleeps 8 people comfortably with 3 spacious bedrooms; 1 kingsize, 2 twin rooms, single bunk beds in a separate enclosed area, two bathrooms with showers, an open plan living space comprising of kitchen/dinning/lounging area (with a double sofa bed for additional guests if required - making a maximum of 10 persons), two private balconies with stunning views, and a secure basement storage facility for your luggage, ski equipment/boots/bikes, and a parking space. (Towels are now included)

There is free 'wifi', a widescreen TV in the living area with a Wii Games Console, Apple TV, and a selection of books and games.

The apartment is located in La'Chapelle d'Abondance which is known as "the gateway" to the stunning 600km Portes du Soleil ski range. The apartment is a scenic 1 hours drive from Geneva airport, and only a 3 minute walk from the Cret Beni ski lift which offers the perfect amount of slopes for all levels, especially those with young families (due to the ski school access), but also challenging enough for stronger skiers/boarders looking for less crowded slopes than Morzine or Les Gets. There is a ski school located in the village for those looking to get the best tuition.

Skiers/boarders with more experience can easily gain access to the whole Portes du Soleil ski range, and the free shuttle bus that runs every 15 mins will take you to the gondola at the top of the village (La Panthiaz), or onto neighbouring Chatel. From there you can gain access via ski lifts to endless amounts of amazing ski runs on the Portes du Soleil and in the summer this area becomes a mountain bikers and walkers paradise.

In the evenings La'Chapelle d'Abondance has a variety of choice when it comes to dining. There are some truly stunning restaurants and bars, and even a local cinema - all within a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Chatel also has an excellent Spa called Forme d'O.
