L'appartement est situé proche des commerces et du centre-ville d'Orléans. L'équipement est sommaire. Peu d'ustensiles de cuisine. Pas de couteaux à viande ni de couteau à pain. Vaisselle défraichie. Les verres sont en plastique, 2 bols et 2 tasses et la cafetière est une senseo (non précisé dans l'annonce). Pas de wifi.
