”Perhe-asiat” on valtava 5000 neliön jalkainen järven etupoisto, joka sopii erinomaisesti perhejuhliin tai viihdyttämään suuria ryhmiä. Näet meidät kasvoillaan 100k "perheen asia - norrisjärvi". Sen avotoimistossa on 2 täyttä oleskelutasoa, joissa kaikissa on täydellinen keittiö, olohuone ja ruokailutila. Molemmissa keittiöissä on graniitti työtasot, jääkaappi, astianpesukone, liesi, uuni ja mikroaaltouuni. 8 makuuhuonetta, 5. 5 kylpyhuonetta sekä neljä yksityistä turhuutta pesualtaiden ja peilien kanssa (neljästä makuuhuoneesta), tämä valtava talo mahtuu jopa 26 hengelle sängyssä. (7 king-size-vuodetta, 4 yhden hengen vuodetta, 4 täyttä)
Sijaitseva acre paljon yli 150 metriä yksityinen vesi julkisivu, "Family Affair" on rakennettu niin lähellä järven kuin Tennessee Valley Authority sallii. Siinä on kolme kalustettua kanavavuodetta, joista on näkymät rauhalliselle uimaranta, jossa perhe ja ystävät voivat kellua auringossa ilman huolta ylinopeuksista. Näistä kolmesta kannesta on alhaisin 8 hengen kylpytynnyri järvimaisemaan, kun taas rentoutumisesi on täysin uusi.
Toteutettava askeleen päässä kolmesta kulkukannen alimmasta kerroksesta yhden yksityisen palo-kuoppasi päälle. Hyvä myöhäisillan tulipalo on täydellinen tapa lopettaa järven vieressä oleva ilta ja kertoa kaikille päivästäsi hyppisillalla (pari minuuttia veneellä).
Lopuksi, vain lyhyen matkan päässä paloaltaasta, on yksi järven suurimmista yksityisistä satamista. Telakalla on kaksi katettua luistoa veneillesi, kaksi vesiskootteria ajaa telakoita ja aurinkoterassi. Dockin toinen taso on valtava 31 ”x 31” -ympäristö, joka sijaitsee 10 metrin korkeudella vedestä. Se on loistava paikka pelata maissiaukkoa, vie ympäröiville alueille tai vain rentoutua auringossa.
"Family Affair" sijaitsee Lakeside Estatesissa, aidatulla alueella muutaman kilometrin päässä I-75: sta ja minuutin päässä LaFolletten kaupungista. Et voi pyytää parempaa sijaintia. Cove, jossa "Family Affair" sijaitsee, on lyhyen venematkan päässä Sugar Hollow Marina, Shanghai Marina ja Springs Resort. Nämä paikat ovat kätevästi lähellä, mutta silti riittävän kaukana siitä, etteivät ne häiritse tämän ihanan järven kotia.
Valtava kaksi tasoa, kaksi liukastettua telakkaa on vuoden ympäri, joten voit veneellä ja kalastaa milloin tahansa vuodesta! Monet talot syvissä lahtissa menettävät veden syksyllä, kun järvi lasketaan.

Family Fun Vacation

The home was great and we had plenty of room for 15 of us. The lake was great and the boat dock. Everyone loved the space, pool table and games. My only issue for me and my husband was, we are both 65 and the stairs gave us a challenge, but we did it. The owners were amazing and very accommodating. We really enjoyed the home and our stay.

Perfect Getaway by the Lake!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful lakehouse! The property was spotless and well-maintained, with stunning views of the lake from every room. The spacious deck was perfect for morning coffee and evening BBQs. We loved the private dock, which made it easy to enjoy the lake. The hosts were incredibly responsive and provided great local tips. Highly recommend for a relaxing and memorable vacation!

Lake Norris friend’s trip 2024 was successful!

We really had a great time at Family Affair & are so thankful for the memories we made here with 9 couples! The owners provided literally everything you need for cooking in the kitchen(s) & it was nice to have 2 fully equipped kitchens! It also provided a beautiful view of the lake! Plenty of space for 18 adults which is what we were looking for several months ago when booking a place. The dock was super nice to have to layout & have rental boats delivered to from SugarHollow. The lake house was conveniently close to the jumping bridge & it was in a nice area/gated community which made you feel safe! Our friends had a great time & kept telling us that we wish we had stayed a day or two longer. The owner was super quick at responding & they also provided us some firewood for a bonfire that we had the night before we left. The only complaint we had from a couple was their bedroom upstairs had hair on the sheets/comforter and didn’t seem as clean as the other bedrooms. But nobody else seemed to have any issues with their bathrooms or bedrooms. The house was very clean when we arrived so I still have it 5 stars for cleanliness. Cant wait to return to Lake Norris one day! Thank you!!

This was the perfect home for our large family. The only disappointment was the fact that the pool is a community pool, not on the property. After going back to look at the listing, it does state that in the fine print but the impression was that it was on the property. The owners were always quick to respond and answer all questions. Would definitely come back here!!

Fantastic place to stay with large group

There were 30 of us ranging in ages from 1 to 70. Everyone had a great time! The house was plenty big to accommodate our group. This was by far the best equipped house we had ever stayed at. The kitchens were very well equipped and the ice machine was an awesome addition. Our teenagers loved the bunk room and all of the other bedrooms were very comfortable. The location was perfect for boating or just hanging out on the dock and swimming all day. Great time! Thanks for being great hosts. Neil

Awesome lake house!

We have 5 families stay in the house. All of us had kids of all ages from 2-14. The house is very accommodating for all ages. The house sits in a quiet cove close to several marinas. Cannot say enough great things about this house! Great two story dock for hanging out on. The hosts are awesome and very quick to reply. Great house! Highly recommend

Fully stocked everything worked no issues picked up the trash on Christmas Day when cans were full wish each room had TV's for relaxing at night when retireing to bed. Plenty of dishes pots silverware towels manager contact was excellent. Very clean. Decorated for Christmas.

Friends and Family Fun for Fourteen Folks!

This place is amazing! There is plenty of space for everyone. Multiple kitchens, living areas, play areas and of course the water. We will definitely be back to this property in the future. Our host communications were top notch, and everything about the stay exceeded our expectations.

Great Stay, Awesome Place.

We had a large group of 17 total, 8 adults and 9 teenagers. The house was great, well stocked kitchen and having two was awesome. Plenty of room, plenty of bathrooms, great dock to swim and hangout. Wish it had a slide. Overall would highly recommend.

The accuracy of the listing was all that you need. Our family of 15 (14 adults and one child) enjoyed the house and the lake so much and the listing explains everything. We couldn’t believe how well equipped the kitchen was and how perfect the dock was for our fun-loving group. Greattt time!

Awesome House

This is a huge house. Plenty of towels, stocked kitchen, comfy beds, games. AC works great. Plenty of room for separation when needed. We had 14 people and were very comfortable. Very responsive owner and a beautiful lake. Highly recommend Family Affair.

True Family Affair

The house was a perfect fit for our family of 25 for the week. The house was very spacious and provide ample space for everyone to sleep and hang out. There was always something to do whether it was swimming, cornhole, boating, pool, air hockey or just lounging on the couch to rest from all the stairs. Our family would stay again!

Annual Summer Vacation

We go somewhere different every year with my brother, sister, parents and all their families. In total there are 20 of us ranging in age from young child to grandparents. Family Affair was a very fun location for us on beautiful Lake Norris. The house had plenty of beds and space for all of us. The ice machine was a great addition and there was two full size refrigerators to keep all the food for that many people cold. Overall it was a great vacation. The only thing we didn’t prepare for was the fact that we didn’t have cell service all week although the house had great WiFi but without phone service around the lake it was hard to communicate with people back at the house. Also the number of stairs is intense. Even the young kids would be winded when they started at the dock and had to climb all the way to the top deck of the house. All the houses around were similar and we had seen the pictures but it was definitely a work out. Overall we would do it again in a heartbeat though. Thank you so much for sharing your house with us.

Great place for a family reunion!

This is a wonderful place for a family reunion. Everyone has a great time! Had an issue with the air conditioner keeping up, but as soon as the owner new of the situation, he drove 3.5 hours to fix it. Mark is a wonderful landlord and very attentive to making sure our stay was living up to our expectations. Highly recommend!
