1.Room didnt have the view that was in the pictures. I was looking at just trees and you could barely see the volcano from the room even though in the picture it shows the pool and the volcano.
2.The shower in the room didnt get hot at all i said something to the concierge the next morning because they close the office at 10pm so if you have a problem afterwards good luck.
3. The tv in the room was fuzzy maybe it may have been the cable but theres no reason for as much as i paid for that room that should've been an issue plus the audio is trash on the tv so if you want to hear the 1930s version of the show your watching you'll have no problem here.
4. They gave some random couple a key to my room the second night and they came walking in while i was naked and just got out of the shower. Absolutely unacceptable! Imagine if i wasnt in the room and came back and someone had the opportunity to go in my room and take stuff from in the room. Mind you when this happened it was after the office was closed so i couldnt even address the issue immediately. On top of that in the same instance of them giving a whole different couple access to my room they deactivated my key so i couldnt even get back in my room after i went to find security for the issue with the ppl walking in my room that i paid for! so i had to go back and find them and tht took another 30 mins before i could get into my room absolutely insane.
I would never ever recommend anyone to stay there are you kidding me!
