The beach and the green area was beautiful, but the hotel specifically the rooms are in bad conditions, loose water faucets, toilets not flushing properly, baseboards missing, and not clean enough. The water pools were very dirty we didn’t go in.

I did like that the staff was very accommodating and pleasant. However the rooms are very basic and there is no refrigerator or glasses , iron, ironing board, telephone, the shower is very dated and has a shower curtain, the water in the shower was lukewarm at best so we never got the opportunity to take a hot shower, they did not give any wash clothes for bathing just towels and floor mat, thre is also no safe in the room. Now in regards to the property itself it was definitely beautiful The grounds are very well kept there is one restaurant on site that closes at 9:00 p.m. every night including weekends therefore if you want late night eats I suggest you bring something back to the room that does not need to be reheated due to there being no microwave. Also the resort does not want you to bring any alcoholic beverages on the property however the bar at the restaurant closes between 9:00 and 10:00 as well So that is very inconvenient when on vacation. We had the same breakfast every morning which was not what I anticipated by the photos We had beans eggs sausage bread and fruit as well as plantains The juice offered was watered concentrate juice as well as the coffee was not strong. I will say they did have a beautiful setup for Valentine's Day and a nice bonfire on the beach with love lanterns so that was really special This was my first time in El Salvador so I really didn't know what to expect but the people made up for any complaints I may have had!

Everything was good , nice Hotel but some rooms doesn't have hot water and the shower water is salty. The rest of the Hotel is pretty nice, beach was nice

The property is nice and offers the basic amenities for a beach resort to spend a couple of days relaxing on the beach, its clean and facilities are adequate, it’s a little understaffed thus you need to be patient and wait to be serviced.

Its a good stay for a few days only.

View is beautiful, the only sucky part is that i was expecting everything to be included for the stay like a resort since i stayed for 2 weeks but i had to pay for food and drinks but breakfast was free. Food was good, the service was good. there’s wear and tare in the rooms.
