This 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath, 3,317 sq. ft. two-story retreat sleeps up to 10 guests and features 2 king bedrooms, 2 queen bedrooms, and 1 double bedroom, along with 4 full bathrooms plus a powder room. The home offers multiple living spaces, including a formal living room with a fireplace and ocean-view patio access, a family room with games, a TV room, and an additional lounge area for flexible gathering spaces. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast bar, high-top seating, and an adjacent informal dining area, while a separate dining space seats 8. The lower level includes a double bedroom, full bath, powder room, and laundry area. Upstairs features two king primary suites with ocean views and en-suite bathrooms, plus two queen bedrooms. Additional amenities include high-quality linens, a washer and dryer, and multiple indoor/outdoor entertaining areas. The house is at an excellent location with beautiful view of the neighborhood and the ocean. You can also see the ocean while waking up in the morning from most of the rooms, which makes for a wonderful morning. The house itself is dated but quirky. It has a unique charm. It is also well stocked with everything you may need. There is plenty of space for to enjoy your stay with a bug group and not to feel cramped up or crowded. My group was 4 people so we had extra space.The house is also professionally cleaned for guests, and the hosts leave plenty of towels and basic hygiene supplies. The deck is big and spacious and almost wraps around the house- which was very nice. Lastly, the he communication with the hosts was excellent! They checked in daily via text message to ensure we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. I would personally return to this property.

We were in for a weekend event. We originally rented because of all the bathrooms due to all the family wedding prep. Once we arrived we quickly realized the premises far exceeded expectations. The views from the porch were incredible- we spent ALL of our downtime there. The layout inside was perfect! There were multiple living areas and it was easy to commune or get some quiet time also. Bedrooms were all big and everything in all rooms was A condition. Highly recommended!
