The room was lovely, looked bigger in pictures but was perfectly fine. Comfortable bed and pillows, the spa was great with the ice room relieving aches after a days skiing. Breakfast was really accommodating for a gluten free intolerance and the staff were extremely helpful. Would recommend staying!

Very good hotel in nice position. Only faults are 1 car park entrance is too narrow and at an angle. 2 the room lights mean you can't see a thing in the wardrobe. Bring a torch. Food choice good, staff very helpful and amenities very good. Boot room staff very helpful too. Definitely a nice stay.

Wonderful Clean hotel with lovely spa. Staff were fantastic and so helpful. A big shout out to the ski rental below the hotel who had your skis put outside for you each morning and were there to collect them to put them in storage for the night at the end of the day. Lovely bar staff as well and waiting staff in the restuarant. The food was outstanding as well. All freshly cooked. We will be back!

Great hotel right next to the La Plagne ski lifts with fantastic service. The hotel's own ski shop / ski rental was very convenient. All the staff were super kind and helpful. We had a wonderful stay, happy to recommend this hotel for anyone coming to La Plagne.

We enjoyed staying at the hotel. Location is very good with shops , restaurants, ski schools within 6mins walking distance. There is sauna and steam room in the hotel which is really good after a long day of skiing. Breakfast is ok with reasonable options.

A very good hotel offering Half Board in the La Plagne center area. We enjoyed our stay at Araucaria during the Christmas period of 2023 all the way through the new year. We absolutely loved the Spa area and the bar zone where one can relax in the evening and get coffee/snacks at lunch time. The dinner was fantastic every day and the variety of meal options could get everyone happy. The Ski Shop at the ground level offers heating storage for your equipment and boots, and ski personnel helps to get your skis up the stairs making it comfy dealing with it. The overall condition of the hotel is really good. Some minor things we found worth calling out that might be considered room for improvement: - there is no AC in the room, and it was quite warm =) We had to sleep with the opened balcony door and it might be a challenge for someone with small kids as slope grooming machine make noise at night - the parking lot is super narrow :D when the parking gets busy it becomes a maze to enter/exit, especially if you have a car bigger than smallish citroen - we found New Years entertainment program to be a bit meh as well as the Christmas dinner which was not better than a regular dinner. It would be fine if the night wouldn't cost twice as high as the other nights. Anyways, even with this small nuances we would consider staying at Araucaria again in the future.

Hôtel presque parfait

Très bon hôtel pour un séjour au ski. Bien placé, très propre et accueillant. Petit déjeuner varié et agréable. Chambres bien pensées. Les salles de bains sont un peu datées mais rien de grave. Ski shop pratique et personnel serviable. Espace détente agréable même si la piscine, aveugle, est assez petite et très bruyante. Réservée au plus de 12 ans pour assurer un minimum de calme, elle est régulièrement squattée par des familles avec de jeunes enfants parfois très bruyants. C’est insupportable et il faut partir. C’est dommage car l’espace est plutôt réussi, surtout le spa et le sauna. Le bilan général reste largement positif pour cet hôtel bien adapté aux familles. On reviendra très probablement.

Très bon accueil et tous les services ont été de qualité. Le point faible dans la chambre c'est la tablette d'angle très petite et un seul pouf pour s'asseoir pour 2 personnes ainsi que la circulation dans le garage très étroit. Le point fort très bien situé en bord de piste et dans la station.
