COMMUNITY POOLS ARE OPEN
Three bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with all the amenities you could ask for. Perfect entertainment home with large patio only steps from the pool and spa. Five tennis courts, clubhouse and lake with paddleboats directly across the street. Only 1 mile from the La Quinta Resort and Club. Only a short 15 minute bike ride to Old Town La Quinta for morning breakfast at your favorite restaurants.
Dogs may be welcome based submission of the breed and upon approval will incur a non-refundable $200 per pet fee- 2 dags only. No cats allowed.
Renters are given a $250 electricity allowance per month.
Only two cars are allowed in the community and must be housed in the garage. No street parking is allowed. Please advise if you plan to bring a golf cart. No high-profile cars are allowed.
On the checkout date, there is a walk-through of the property to discuss any thoughts on improving future guest's experiences and do a property review.
31-night minimum, a discount may be given for 4-6 month rentals.
Guest requested cancellations will be charged the credit card processing fees incurred by the host.
We have the 2019 Mini Convertible, 2022 VW Tiguan, 2022 Tesla Model Y, 2022 Honda CRV and 2015 Avalon Hybrid available for rent. Please contact us if you are interested in renting.
