THINGS TO NOTE BEFORE BOOKING

**Fireplace**

- The indoor fireplace is not usable. The gas valve has been disconnected for safety reasons.

**Pool & Spa Heating (Shared Equipment)**

- The pool and spa cannot be heated at the same time. They operate on shared equipment (one heater, one pump, and one set of valves).

- Spa heating is $50/day if left on overnight.

**Desert Environment**

The desert is no stranger to bugs. Insects may occasionally crawl or fly indoors, especially if doors are left open. Routine pest service is maintained, but this is part of desert living.

**Pet-Friendly Home**

This is a pet-friendly property. While we clean thoroughly between stays, guests with pet allergies should take this into consideration before booking.

**Quiet Hours & Community Rules**

- Quiet hours are 10:00 pm – 7:00 am.

- No outdoor activities, music, or noise during quiet hours.

Hot tub was not working. The outside grill needs servicing - didn’t get hot enough to grill steaks properly. Kitchen needs more things like storage bowls, pots and pans etc etc

Such a great family getaway

We used the house to celebrate my brothers 30th and my little sisters graduation as an RN. It was such a great time. If you are looking for some easy fun, beautiful views, and spacious sleeping areas, you have found the perfect space. We’d love to be a returning customer!

Our family of 6 adults and 4 children had a great time at this home! We stayed here six years earlier when we only had 2 granddaughter's and this time was even better with the age of the kids! The pool, spa and golf cart were huge hits with them and something they will always remember!

Very Nicely maintained residence, property manager excellent!

Only problem, directions to enter property send you to an unattended back gate(Madison St., very convenient to leave residence). You have to use PGA Blvd. entrance to enter.Property and home is beautiful, very clean, well equipped.For 4 guys this was a great accommodations.Nanette was very informative and was quick to respond.

Spring Break Family Vacation.. Escaping Rainy Oregon

Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. Both my husband and son LOVE golf and played a round at the PGE West Stadium Course. My daughters and I enjoyed Old Town La Quinta with all of its quaint little shops and wonderful eateries. We even found time to get some spa time. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, as well.

Beautiful home with amazing views

Fantastic family home. We had 8 members of our family with a 3 year old, 2 teenagers, and 5 adults stay for a fabulous vacation. The home is clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The views out the back yard are stunning of the mountains and the golf course. The pool and hot tub are wonderful. We would absolutely stay here again. The owners were great to work with as well.

The home is in a prime location in PGA West right on one of the golf courses. It was clean and well equipped. Home looked exactly like the online pictures. Nanette the owner was great to work with. Very responsive to any requests. Would stay here again if we are going to La Quinta.
