A stone's throw from the banks of the Rance, in lush greenery where sculptures mingle with camellias in spring, magnolias and hydrangea flowers in summer: a Breton farmhouse from the 17th century.

The restoration has brought the comfort of modernity without removing the charm of the past: exposed stones, fireplace, niches ...

We wanted to furnish the house by combining the old with the new. For the old one, a beautiful 16th century wardrobe, a Regency bed. For the new, we are congratulated, among other things, for the good bedding.

The private terrace, sheltered and facing south, offers evenings around the barbecue and during the day of idleness.
In front of the terrace is the 2000m2 garden of the Manoli museum; the opportunity to discover the world of the fire sculptor who lived in these places. The garden is shared.

To supply the house, three minutes away on foot: bakery, convenience store, newsagent, pharmacy; and three minutes by car, the supermarket with its shopping arcade.

The beautiful sandy beaches are less than 5 minutes by car; the port with its sailing school and tennis in the town.

Séjour agréable dans l’ensemble

Maison correcte, propriétaire particulière mais sympathique. En revanche, le prix de la location est excessif au regard des prestations. L’accès à la maison se fait par le musée et l’habitation de la propriétaire, il y a une odeur persistante et désagréable dans la salle de bain, la pièce à vivre est trop sombre. La maison est jolie et plutôt bien équipée mais demanderait un petit rafraîchissement. Ville agréable mais trop loin de la mer pour nous.

Die online Bilder suggerieren eine großzügige Wohnungsanlage mit Garten. Tatsächlich handelt es sich um eine dreistöckige schmale Reihenhauswohnung an der Straße mit kleiner Außenterasse nach hinten, die in Nachbarschaft zu einem Museumsgarten mit Skulpturen liegt. Das Gebäude ist ca. 300 Jahre alt und wahrscheinlich in den 80igern renoviert worden. Der Hauptwohnraum ist dunkel, was durch eine schwarze Fliesenoptik noch verstärkt wird..Das Bad ist älter und die Toilette nicht sauber gepflegt. Der Eingangsbereich hat Hinterhofcharakter. Man betritt die Wohnung quasi durch den Hof. Der eigentliche Strand liegt am Meer etwa 3 km entfernt, in der Nähe ist lediglich der Fluss. Wir finden den Mietpreis für die Jahreszeit und der gebotenen Qualität überzogen, zumal noch ein zusätzlicher Betrag für einen Hausmeisterdienst verlangt wurde. Wir würden nur zwei Sterne vergeben und nicht mehr wiederkommt.

liste des déceptions pour prévenir les futurs locataires

Le jardin montré en photo sur l'annonce ne fait pas partie de la location. Ce jardin appartient à un musée, il est interdit aux chiens. Pas de clôture entre ce jardin et la petite cour (35m² environ) de la location. 35 Euros non prévus dans l'annonce pour le ménage nous a été réclamé alors que celui-ci était mal fait surtout au niveau de la salle de bain. Il n'y a qu'une pièce d'eau/sdb/wc. La salle de bain est bricolée : Fuite d'eau sous le lavabo (vider un sceau tous les jours), impossibilité d'ouvrir la fenêtre. Un charmant monsieur ( homme à tout faire ?) nous a gentiment enlevé la crémone en forçant avec des outils. La propriétaire habitant en mitoyenneté, insistante, nous demandais tous les jours si nous allions mettre un bon commentaire sur Abritel. Les chambres et le séjour sont bien et le cadre de Saint Malo est superbe.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette longère bretonne. La maison correspond bien à l'annonce et les équipements sont pratiques : four électrique, plaque vitro, hote aspirante, grille pain... La maison était très bien chauffée. L'endroit est très calme et la rue peu passante. La route jusqu'à Saint Malo se fait facilement. Nous recommandons cette location.

Notre court séjour à la Richardais était parfait - localisation de la maison idéale pour rayonner dans la région. Les échanges avec Britt tres faciles. Le logement pour 5 est idéal, tres bien équipé ! Si nous revenons dans la région sans hésiter nous reviendrons à la Richardais

Sehr angenehm und erholsam

Wir waren mit dem Haus sehr zufrieden. Das Haus und die Ausstattung entsprach den Angaben. Die Ausstattung ist sogar mit die beste, die wir in den letzten Jahren in Ferienhäusern erleben durften. Es liegt sehr ruhig und auch das Museum in direkter Nähe ist nicht wirklich störend.
