Charming house in a holiday residence with a swimming pool (open July and August) and a parking space. The interior is pleasant and well-decorated. The living room opens onto a terrace with garden furniture, a kitchenette, a shower room (shower, sink), and a toilet. Upstairs: a mezzanine (ceiling height less than 1.80m) with three skylights: one double bed (140cm), two single bunk beds, and one single bed (90cm).
Amenities: Fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, television, kettle, microwave, four-burner ceramic hob, toaster.
End-of-stay cleaning must be done by the tenant.
End-of-stay cleaning is available upon reservation: €70 flat rate. Linens are not provided.

Location: Approximately 650 m from the beach, 4.5 km from the town center with all amenities, and 1.8 km from seasonal shops.
Proof of liability insurance with holiday coverage is required. Holiday vouchers accepted. Electricity consumption is extra outside of peak season.
