El servicio no se corresponde para nada con la calidad ofrecida. Es la primera vez que en una pernoctación de 130€/noche me he tenido que hacer la cama. Las sábanas estaban encima de la cama y nos dijeron que teníamos que hacerla nosotros. También deshacerla y colocar sábanas y toallas en una bolsa porque si no era penalización de 10€! Nos faltaba una toalla de ducha, la reclamamos y al día siguiente a las 10am todavía no nos la habían traído. Solo dejan una toalla de manos y se niegan a darte otra "porque eso es así". No hay jabón de manos, ni gel de ducha ni champú. Para más inri nada de esto se indica en la descripción del alojamiento. Si llegas con los supermecados cerrados y no traes tu propio jabón, ni lavarte las manos puedes. Tienes que sacar tú la basura antes de entregar las llaves, si no también penalización. Creo que todo se debe a que es una agencia intermediaria la que alquila los apartamentos y minimiza sus costes al máximo, a niveles absurdos que solo hacen que afectar a la estancia del huésped.
